This approach is designed to protect you against overexposure to any single investment and is based on the principles of the European investor protection framework (MiFID II).

What We Assess

Before you are permitted to subscribe to a security token on the Platform, we conduct a structured assessment of your individual profile through our regulatory technology partner. This assessment covers three dimensions: your financial situation, including your assets, your income and your ability to bear potential losses; your knowledge of and experience with financial instruments of a comparable type; and your investment objectives, including your personal risk tolerance and your investment time horizon. Together, these three dimensions produce a comprehensive picture of your investment capacity.

How Your Investment Limit Is Calculated

Based on the results of the assessment, the Platform assigns you an investment capacity level that reflects your overall profile. A higher level indicates a greater financial capacity, a higher risk tolerance and more relevant experience, and allows a higher percentage of your financial resources to be committed to a single investment. A lower level results in a more conservative limit, ensuring that your exposure remains proportionate to your circumstances.

The maximum amount you may invest in any single token offering is calculated by reference to your financial resources, specifically your freely disposable financial assets and your annual net income. The Platform applies percentage-based limits to both of these figures and selects the lower of the two results as your investment ceiling. If you have significant recurring financial commitments (such as loan repayments, rent or maintenance obligations), the limits are further reduced to ensure that you retain sufficient liquidity to meet those commitments.

The investment limit applies per offering, meaning that the maximum amount relates to a single subscription for a specific security token. If you wish to subscribe to multiple offerings, each subscription is assessed individually.

What This Means in Practice

If your assessment indicates a moderate risk appetite and a solid but not exceptional financial position, the Platform will allow you to invest a moderate proportion of your assets in any single offering. If your assessment indicates a high-risk appetite, strong financial capacity and relevant investment experience, the Platform will afford you greater flexibility. Conversely, if your assessment indicates that your financial capacity is limited or that your risk appetite is conservative, the Platform will apply stricter limits to ensure that any investment remains manageable for you.

For larger investments, the Platform may require additional confirmations from you, such as an explicit acknowledgement that you understand the risk of total loss and that you have sufficient liquidity and diversification. For very large investments, the Company may conduct a manual review of your assessment data before the subscription is processed.

If your circumstances change, you may update your assessment at any time, and your investment limits will be recalculated accordingly. This framework applies equally to all clients regardless of nationality or place of residence.
